Rosalind
Peter Hugh White and Clare Heath
Peter Hugh White and Clare Heath
Rosalind explores the life and work of physicist Rosalind Franklin, and her contribution to Watson and Crick’s 1953 discovery of the double helix structure of DNA. Perhaps more importantly, it examines the difficulties of being a female scientist in the 1950s. The student première of this new opera by Peter Hugh White and Clare Heath is a must-see for theatre enthusiasts, geneticists and feminists alike, or anyone keen to uncover the reality behind the blue plaque outside The Eagle.

The Chapel is used by members of Trinity College and visitors as a place of prayer, and the community drawn together through Chapel worship and work is vibrant and diverse. The building is also used for formal ceremonies and events within College and serves as a fine venue for musical performance.
The Chapel entrance is through the porch on the south side. There are three steps up into the porch, or a ramp up to the side door, with a further step and ramp into the Antechapel.
