This Halloween, the Cambridge University Opera Society invites you to an unforgettable evening of operatic performances with a haunting twist, set in the atmospheric surroundings of Trinity College Chapel.
For our inaugural CUOS Showcase, student soloists from across the university will present a selection of operatic arias and ensembles exploring the eerie, the uncanny, and the fantastical. From haunted heroines to cursed lovers, from wandering spirits to demonic possessions, this concert offers a uniquely comprehensive introduction to the spooky side of opera. Whether you’re an opera aficionado or a newcomer to the genre, there’s certainly something for you!
Fancy dress is warmly encouraged: embrace the spirit of the night!

£7.50 adults, £5 concessionsThe Chapel is used by members of Trinity College and visitors as a place of prayer, and the community drawn together through Chapel worship and work is vibrant and diverse. The building is also used for formal ceremonies and events within College and serves as a fine venue for musical performance.
Accessibility
The Chapel entrance is through the porch on the south side. There are three steps up into the porch, or a ramp up to the side door, with a further step and ramp into the Antechapel.
