The ADC Box Office is open Monday - Saturday 1pm - 7pm. Tickets can be bought in person or over the phone. A 50p charge is added to telephone transactions.
If you choose to collect your tickets in person, you may collect your tickets from the ADC Box Office in advance, or at the venue on the day of the performance.
On the Door
Remaining tickets can often be purchased on the door before the start of a performance. If you are looking to buy tickets on the door, we recommend that you bring cash. Please contact the ADC Box Office for further information regarding specific events.
Seating plans vary from event to event and venue to venue.
If a reserved seating plan is available, you can choose your seats online.
Some venues may not be wheelchair accessible. Please contact the ADC Box Office for further information.
Concessionary rates are sometimes available, at the discretion of the event organisers.
You can find out more about available concessions by visiting an event's webpage or by ringing the ADC Box Office.
Valid ID must always be shown when buying a concessionary ticket and may be required for entry to the event.
When a performance sells out, there are several options available to people wishing to purchase tickets:
Customers are welcome to contact the Box Office to see if there have been any returned tickets. Please note that we do not resell tickets unless an event has sold out in advance.
On the Door
Sometimes a small number of seats become available immediately before the performance begins. These seats are allocated at the discretion of the event organisers, usually on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who queue at the venue.
The ADC Box Office does not keep a waiting list for sold-out events. The best way to guarantee tickets is to book well in advance.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
